Yesterday ... Michele Alroe, Sue Englart ... conceded defeat.
Ms Alroe said: "The city showed instant sympathy for the country and the vote reflects that.
"This provides a wonderful opportunity for a (life ) change."
...
Ms Englart said: "Being a councillor has never been about me, it was about my city and it's about who's going to care for the things that are dear to my heart."
They wished the new council well.
