Why then is he recommending that voters re-elect such stellar candidates as:

2. Joe Ramia (Toowoomba Deputy Mayor)

6. Sue Englart (Toowoomba Councillor)

8. Michele Alroe (Toowoomba Councillor)

Doesn't make sense.

And 'Axis of Evil'? Does Mac Stirling think he's George Bush Jnr?

You'll remember Mac Stirling - he claimed that recycled water would attract people to Toowoomba, using some bizarre analogy that people in the US drive miles to shop at Wal-Mart because they were installing energy-reducing systems in their buildings.
