BREAKING NEWS - outgoing Mayor dumps Toowoomba property portfolio ...

The great outgoing Mayor property sale.

All properties must go.

Interestingly, no Toowoomba real estate agent is involved.

That's not supporting local business.

Guess it's time to head to Tasmania.

It would take a keen eye to spot the ad on page 58 of last weekend's Chronicle Property Week under "Auctions and Tenders".

But there it was - the great sell-off of properties owned by Toowoomba's outgoing Mayor before she leaves Toowoomba.

How long can it be before she leaves?

The sooner the property sells the better. This is the same person who puts on the crocodile tears and tells everyone that she loves Toowoomba!!
I hope she dose better in the next catering business than she did in the previous ones as she did not do to well at all.

Some where along the way, money must have dropped off the back of a truck for her to buy into a pub!

Strange how she went to a great deal of trouble just after she lost the Poll because she called a press conference to refute the claim about her buying a pub in Tasmania. That's all happened in 1 year.

I almost feel sorry for the people in the Huon Vally Tasmania.

Don't worry Snow, the actions of these other Councillors have only cemented the voting communities resolve to get rid of them come next March.

They are a pathetic excuse of a Council and to think we pay them well to do very little. They are so out of touch with the community.

The prices being asked seem a little high, particularly for the units given recent eastside unit sales but hopefully they will sell quickly and the outgoing Mayor will head on her way.

why the units?

If you've ever seen the block, you'll know it's not the most attractive unit block. The surrounding land was recently being advertised as a development site leaving the units somewhat out on their own. Not to discourage buyers though - buy a unit and help Toowoomba send the outgoing Mayor onto her next career!

Looked at it today - I think that she should drop her price by a lot - it will probably have to be demolished
