- her fear campaign ('Toowoomba will run out of water')

- her bullying tactics ('You can drink it or buy bottled water') or

- her downright obscene behaviour ('I'm looking forward to drinking your recycled sh*t').

Many many people in Toowoomba will be grateful she has bought a one-way ticket and the reign of thug Thorley is at an end ...
