Cr Jones makes no mention of Toowoomba's ability to tap into the Great Artesian Basin or rely on other bore supplies.

It's 2005 all over again.

Then, Toowoomba was going to run out of water by Christmas and it was drink the outgoing Mayor's water or die of thirst ...
