Toowoomba's outgoing Mayor still trying to influence voters ...

Toowoomba's outgoing Mayor has a letter to the editor in yesterday's Chronicle.

There is little doubt it was ghost written for her.

It seems to be linked to her desperate need to try to impose her legacy of recycled water on Toowoomba before heading to Tasmania.

Has any city in Australia been subjected to such treatment by an outgoing Mayor who intends to leave the city for good as soon as possible?

Her desire for vengeance against 32,330 Toowoomba voters knows no bounds.

Her desire to meddle in the Toowoomba Regional Council election in a vain attempt to have her candidate elected Mayor is appalling.

Fortunately, after almost 8 years of her tyrannical rule over Toowoomba, voters are well used to her rantings (and instant tears at most public events) and give them the weight they truly deserve ...

Anon - She is a mean spirited lady who seems hell bent on continuing the division in the community on the water issue.
Manners will help to bring about a regional solution independent of the Premier Bligh's so called solution.
