A water contractor laying pipes as part of the water grid is believed to have triggered today's communication meltdown across southeast Queensland when he sliced through a cable on the Optus network at Molendinar on the Gold Coast this morning.

Just imagine what a contractor could do to the recycled sewage water pipeline or a terrorist! We would be sitting ducks. Strange how she did not mention it was one of the State's contractors. Let Optus get all the blame. One of the Socialist doctrines. Lie about everything all the time.
