As if we are to believe that these Councillors are going to hear any thing new!!!!

It will not be long and they will be espousing the same rubbish as the 6 pack before them.

God help us all!!
Our country cousins will not have to worry as they will never drink recycled sewage water but you can bet that the new regional councillors will try and push it down our necks.

We have had a vote on the use of it and we rejected it.
The community would easily be rallied if needed again as their feelings have not changed on this matter.

Cr Glasheen is against it. This is what she says on her blog:

In this day and age water is becoming more expensive than petrol.

Recycled water can be used for industry purposes ie parks, gardens, road building, there are multiple uses ...BUT NOT FOR DRINKING.

If they put reclycled water in Wivenhoe then isolate this dam for industry use only and take drinking water from other sources ie dams, bores , tanks.
