A group against Toowoomba's water recycling project says it is not worried by its opponents' latest campaign to woo voters.

The council has begun distributing brochures about the project to residents across the city. Citizens Against Drinking Sewage spokeswoman Rosemary Morley says members will meet tomorrow to decide how they will run the rest of their campaign.

Any campaign to change people's minds about drinking recycled sewage must be based on trust. Council's tactics to date have made them untrustworthy in many people's eyes.
Unfortunately for the Toowoomba City Council and its $460,000 Yes campaign, its glossy brochures will end up in the same place as the $41,000 Water Book produced by the Council at ratepayers' expense - in the bin ...

Marvelous how people power can get things done.
The citizens are not so easily fooled and will not be persuaded by glossy pamphlets.
