Referendum Returning Officer - expressions of interest sought ...

Toowoomba City Council is now requesting the submission of expressions of interest for the position of Returning Officer for the upcoming referendum:

Toowoomba City Council has resolved to conduct a poll of the electors of its Local Government Area on a significant issue.

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the position of Returning Officer for this poll which will be conducted in accordance with the relevant provision of the Local Government Act 1993.
