$41,000 Water Book due out 21 March ...

Get your "No recycled sewage" stickers ready.

Unless the Council now decides not to distribute it.

Slap them on and send the book back to the Council if you think it is more Council propaganda ...

The Council should release the book after each book is censored with a black marker by each of the councillors in favor of it. They should be sat down like school childen and be made to do their homework.
I guess the book after censoring would resemble a letter from a prison camp, with so much information blacked out.

I'm looking forward to reading about the conclusions of recent studies and where it was performed that states it is perfectly safe for humans to drink recycled human waste.
