Given the known bullying culture within the Toowoomba City Council, do you really think the figures are accurate?

If so, they are the direct opposite of every survey completed recently in Australia and overseas.

Is it more likely that (a) Council just made up the figures to suit themselves; (b) Council employees are playing a joke on Mayor Thorley; or (c) Council employees said anything to keep their masters at bay, knowing that on 29 July neither Mayor Thorley nor Kevin Flanagan will be looking over their shoulder as they cast their vote?

One of the Yes campaign problems going into the final four weeks is that they may well start believing their own hype.
